SCHAEDLER YESCO PROMOTES TWO DIRECTORS TO MANAGEMENT TEAM

Harrisburg , PA , December 05, 2005 – Schaedler Yesco Distribution, Inc., announced the appointment of Kurt Suchar as Director of Industrial & OEM Sales and Doug Sheaffer as Director of Construction & Commercial Sales.

Kurt, former Industrial Automation Manager, has additional responsibilities that include the overall planning and direction of the Industrial and OEM businesses, plus the outside sales teams in the Harrisburg , Lancaster , and York , PA geographies.

Doug, former Outside Sales Manager, now has responsibility for the planning and direction of the Construction and Commercial markets.  Additionally, he will manage the outside sales teams in the Williamsport and State College , PA geographies.

“These changes will allow us to better focus not only on our traditional business in the Industrial and OEM markets, but also in the growing Construction, Commercial and Government segments as well.  While we have always serviced these markets, our additional focus has created a significantly increased interest in what we have to offer as a company”, said Matt Brnik, President.
